Safeguarding Information

Safeguarding at Berewood

The staff at Berewood Primary School are committed to ensuring the welfare of all children is of paramount importance. All staff have regular training and we believe that safeguarding children is everyone’s responsibility.

The academy Trust and the local governing body ensure that our academy will safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils and work together with other agencies to ensure that our academy has robust arrangements to identify, assess and support those children who are suffering or likely to suffer harm.

Our school is a community and all those directly connected, staff members, Trustees, Local Board members, parents, families and pupils, have an essential role to play in making it safe and secure.

For more information please read our Trust Child Protection Policy which can be found on our policies page.
